Location: GPS coordinates (within CityFix reports, ±2m accuracy).
Visual: photos uploaded by citizens.

Purposes and Legal Basis
Performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
Legitimate interest: system security, fraud prevention, service quality (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Explicit consent: marketing communications and optional features.
Transfers
Data may be processed on servers in Turkey or abroad under KVKK-compliant agreements.
Transfers to municipal partners occur only within CityFix service scope and under data processing agreements.
Your Rights
Right to learn whether data is processed, request information, rectification, erasure, or restriction.
Right to compensation if you suffer damage.
